The Hoist DigiSoft data audit is a free 30-minute call with a senior member of our team. We map the systems you run, find where your reporting loses time and where your data may be exposed, and tell you what we’d fix first. No pitch deck, no obligation.
What happens on the call?
- Your systems (10 minutes). Which tools hold your data: CRM, ERP, accounting, ecommerce, spreadsheets, anything else.
- Your questions (10 minutes). Which numbers you need, how you get them today, and where it hurts.
- Our view (10 minutes). The two or three changes we’d make first, roughly what they involve, and whether you need us at all.
What to have ready: a list of your main systems and one report you wish ran itself. No data, files or credentials needed, and please don’t send any.

FAQs
Is the data audit really free?
Yes. The data audit is a free 30-minute call with no obligation and no follow-up sequence you didn’t ask for. We use it to understand your systems and tell you honestly what we’d fix first. If a project makes sense, we’ll propose one; if it doesn’t, we’ll say so.
Do we need to share data or give access for the audit?
No. The audit is a conversation, not a system review, so we don’t need data, files, logins or screenshots. A list of the systems you use and the reports you rely on is enough. If you later start a project, we sign an NDA before any access is granted.
Who will we speak to?
You’ll speak with a senior member of the team who has hands-on experience building data platforms, not a sales representative. If your question is mainly about Power BI, we’ll bring in a Power BI specialist. Our team is Microsoft-certified in Power BI.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. We work with companies in the United States, Australia and Canada. Calls are scheduled during US business hours by default, and we can arrange times that suit Australian and Canadian teams. Where data residency matters, projects are built in the cloud region you choose.
