Hoist DigiSoft is a data and analytics consulting company that consolidates a business’s data sources into one secure, unified database and builds the data warehouse, business intelligence dashboards and predictive models that run on it. Hoist DigiSoft serves mid-sized companies in the United States, Australia and Canada.
Who we are
We’re a specialist data consultancy. We do one thing: take the data a company already has, spread across CRM, ERP, finance, operations and spreadsheets, and make it connected, trustworthy and secure.
That covers seven services: data integration, data warehousing, business intelligence, Power BI, data mining and predictive analytics, application integration and data security and encryption.
We put security in the same team as the data work on purpose. Consolidating data makes it more useful and, if done carelessly, more exposed. The people who build your pipelines should be the people accountable for encrypting them.

- US business hours. We work US business hours, with overlap with Australian and Canadian business days, for calls, reviews and fixes.

- Audit. Map your systems, data, reports and access. Find what’s broken and what’s exposed.
- Architect. Design the target: sources, warehouse model, metric definitions and security controls. You approve before we build.
- Build & Secure. Build pipelines, models and dashboards with encryption, least-privilege access and logging in from the start. Reconcile every key number against source.
- Run & Improve. Monitor, train your team, document, and add to it as you grow.
Principles we hold ourselves to:
- Decisions before dashboards. We start with what you need to decide, not with a tool.
- Your cloud, your data. We build in your cloud account wherever possible. You own the code, models, keys and documentation.
- NDA before access. Always.
- Least privilege. Only the access each task needs, revocable at any time.
- Straight answers. If we’re not the right fit, or you don’t need a project yet, we’ll say so in the audit.
Where do we work?
We work with companies in the United States first, and also in Australia and Canada. Where data residency matters, we build in the cloud region you choose, so Australian and Canadian data can stay in-country.
